The Latest and Craziest ShotsHad an incredible shoot a couple of nights ago which is most definitely worth the update. Gonna have to write an image account for this one! I'll give you a relatively brief summary along with some of the best images.
Headed up north to Blair, NE to meet up with Mike Hollingshead to shoot the fog. It was already developing as I left Omaha. I was tempted to stop and shoot some cool foggy street scenes, but I knew the real show would be later on in the Loess Hills (place we usually go to shoot fog since it's pretty much the only good overlook around). Got to the parking lot below our hill and waited for Chris ( :intotherfd: ) to arrive. Once he did, we all hiked to the top of the hill to get a view of the fog.
Our view from the top was less than stellar (no sea of fog to shoot yet) so we decided to head back down and play around in the low-lying fog while waiting for things to improve. The fog was by far the densest any of us had seen. The car driving in front of us on the highway flat-o

New Timelapse Work + Squaw CreekHey everyone! A couple rather interesting things to post about this evening

Just wanted to keep you all updated on my timelapse stuff. SO glad I got an intervalometer for Christmas. I'd consider it one of my most useful photography tools now

An intervalometer is basically a fancy remote shutter, allowing you to set a specific interval at which to take photos. Basically, now I can do daytime timelapses. Which can be pretty dang cool (and very) addicting.

Started experimenting with the Ken Burns crop/panning function in iMovie (not exactly the most premiere video editing software, but it has some interesting settings).
